| Login to Office 365 |
| In the upper right corner, click on the area where your picture will appear | |
| Click the word Change under the space holder for your photo | |
| Click The Browse Button and Select your photo. The photo is square so if you slecet a rectangular photo be prepared for it to be cropped. you will want to edit the photo before uploading. | |
| Select Save if you approve of the photo or change if you would like to upload a different photo. | |
