Jill Grant, MD
Dr. Jill Grant is an physician with Proactive, MD with the North Lafayette Health Center. Dr. Grant, an Emergency Medicine physician by training, has over 20 years of experience in medicine and a passion for personalized care. She received her medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Virginia in Richmond. Following residency, she served active duty in the Army and spent 14 months in Iraq during the battle of Fallujah.
Stephanie Ross, NP
Stephanie Ross, MSN, FNP-C, graduated from Indiana State University with a Master of Science degree in Nursing. She has worked in healthcare for 11 years, and has worked in primary care for 5 years.
Crystal Alaniz, NP
Crystal Alaniz MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC, graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a master’s and bachelor’s degree in nursing. Throughout her career, Crystal has worked in family medicine, rehabilitation health, memory care, hospice care, and surgery. Crystal looks forward to providing you the care you deserve.
Jennifer Mertl, NP
Jennifer Mertl, FNP-C, received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University in West Lafayette. She completed her master’s in nursing and nurse practitioner program at the University of Indianapolis. Jennifer worked at IU Methodist in the ICU float pool for 20 years. She also worked as an RN for 5 years at Franciscan Physician Network Crawfordsville Family Practice. Jennifer looks forward to delivering the care you deserve!
